Exactly this. There are also some cultures where tipping is considered offensive because it implies that you think they're poor and need extra help.

If you want tips, require a fee instead of relying on the goodwill of people from pro-tipping cultures.

But tbh I do brews and I just don’t work with someone again if they don’t tip me. I’m at a level where even brewing doesn’t supply a lot compared to what EXP I need to level up so sis gotta make money
