If anyone wants deets:

1. Dya was on auction, someone (I think Glisselda?) won him, then traded him for a female g1 Imp, and the person who traded asked Nearku to hold Dya for them. After some time, Nearku said that person wanted Nearku to hold Dya indefinitely, so Dya basically belongs to Nearku now.

2. Nearku has been passing Dya around to friends so he can 'travel', and sometimes he gets joke exalted.

3. Nearku and friends decided to play a prank where Dya was allegedly traded to lemecrazy, who joke exalted him, and then realised their restore cooldown was on so they couldn't restore him. In actuality, he was exalted by asinglepringle (I think), who was able to restore him at any time.

4. User mystiki made a thread about the 'joke exalt gone wrong' on FRD. Mystiki is in on the prank. People have varying reactions of sympathy and smug 'that's what you get for playing around'. At this point, the g1 hell Discord server is largely sympathetic, and some of them even find the jokes/memes posted in the thread to be offensive. lemecrazy also leaves the g1 hell server in 'shame'.

5. After a few hours, the thread is wiped. I believe mystiki also received a warning from mods for making a 'callout' post.

6. Nearku reveals it was a prank and people are furious. I believe quite a few people who were in on the prank discovered they were blocked by multiple users, not just nearku and lemecrazy. I know at least two people who left the g1 hell server, even if temporarily, because of the prank.

mystiki also went on several various Discord servers to talk about it and make a big deal out of it to get attention to the thread while it was happening. To their credit, they also posted screenshots of it being a prank after the thread was removed, but still. As much attention was brought to it as possible.

Damn, all the people involved in this "joke" sound like huge attention whores. This makes me glad I don't participate much in the community lmao

As a note lemecrazy has rejoined the server and has become a moderator, so I'm not sure if they were that upset about it. That being said g1 hell is cliquey as fuck and one of their own mods repeatedly toes the self-imposed 'no vaguing' rule, so who knows what's going on with their staffing anyways.
