As far as I remember, the foot fetish exists because of how our brain areas are arranged. Next to our sexual desire area is the area that is responsible for feet, and well if they are too many weird synapse connections people get a foot fetish apparently.

Personally from what I've seen 90% of FR nsfw material made post-Tumblr ban tends to be of anthro/gijinka designs of dragons but I'm not sure how people feel about the former given some of the replies to this thread.
