Someone on DR mentioned a NSFW channel on their flight discord, is that allowed??

if they can make sure no minor in that server (if there are any) can see the content there it should be ok? NSFW stuff is allowed on discord, just keeping it out of minor's reach can be hard

I believe the rule is if the server is linked on FR it must also follow FR's rules. So if it's a fights discord I don't think a NSFW channel would be allowed since that content isn't allowed on site?

No, it's not allowed if the server is linked onsite. If you're feeling petty, report the discord server to flight rising staff and they'll be forced to find the link onsite, remove it, and penalize the person advertising it. If it's a big discord... hoo boy.

Is it even allowed to link discord chats on FR? I vaguely remember rules changing years ago to no longer allow them

It is allowed, but the server has to also follow FR's rules.
