I recommend sewing! I got really into cross stitch and have now made several pieces, and every time I look at the finished product I think "wow, I made that whole thing!" and it's a nice little burst of happy brain chemicals every time. Sewing is also useful because you can make your own repairs to clothes, or even make new clothes if you're good enough at it! I'm not on that level yet, but I have fixed various items of clothing that I really wanted to keep. Overall a great indoor activity to be able to do in quarantine.

Yeah that's a DW "feature" sadly. Per the FAQ:


However, even if you've set the antispam test to display to "nobody" on your journal or community, there are a few times when commenters might see an antispam test anyway. These are all related to security or antispam concerns:

If an entry has over 5000 comments, antispam tests will be shown to people posting new comments.

If an anonymous comment or a comment made by an OpenID user who has not confirmed their email address contains certain HTML, the commenter may be asked to solve an antispam test.

If a single commenter is making comments very quickly, they will be asked to solve an antispam test. The limit is set at the point where a single person who is not using automated software isn't likely to hit it, but sometimes it can happen.

If somebody using your computer or internet connection has been identified as a spammer in the past, you may be asked to solve an antispam test when commenting.

nope, it's not normal. it's most likely bots trying to make accounts. there's been cases of users getting these "Click Here For A Good Time --->" spam things via DM by newly made accounts

The flaming iguana is adorable and it has two different poses as far as I can tell depending on breed/gender! I feel like they put more effort into this guy than they did in some of the recent genes like Keel lol.

I'm pretty fond of everything this time around, honestly. I avoided the submission thread juuuust in case I found something I really wanted since currently I don't have the gems to buy them as UMAs. XD

The only thing I'm a little bummed about is that it seems like the next round of recolors might be the Guardians (assuming they do recolors of all of them, which I'm assuming they will), and I was reeeeaaaally hoping for Halo recolors. Maybe next time though. c:

Expanding on that, I would love to see more profession-themed apparel in general! The tea sets are some of my favorite items and I'm still sad we haven't gotten a second wave of them :(

I enjoy new familiars (even though a lot of the recent ones are.... kind of ugly), but agreed on apparel. I'm barely even using apparel these days, I don't want two separate updates of the same junk in different colors.

there's a lot of crossover with the accent server which also has uber rich people in it so...it might be. but there's also a lot of players that are uber uber rich that aren't in either one so who knows!

oh which ones are they in? i think it would be nice to be in a server with richer players. i wouldn't join the accent server because i have too many nice accents i haven't used yet.
