I saw Weevil get Fish in a public discord, and I really don't think the memes in the bio were to piss Alyx off. Weevil seemed to really enjoy the dragon and have fun with it, and this was just him and his friends celebrating getting an expensive dragon. I've seen lots of dragons with memes and silly photoshops filling the bio before.

If someone really wanted to upset Alyx with memes, they'd have gone for a lineage dragon. The rules on offspring of 69696969 are suffocating, and entirely non-enforceable.
