iirc multiaccounters and other ppl who got banned are allowed to make new accounts. so that's not staff bending the rules for someone. the punishment is they lost their old account and all the dragons/items they had on it. why should they (or anyone else) be punished beyond that?

I don't even really like their skins that much lmao but people get so salty about it.
