Honestly, after Googling the eye from that, no offense, but that is the most generic eye logo I've ever seen. The most it's getting is renamed like the bull. Otherwise, they have to delete every simple eye skin ever made.
The Plague of Madness was actually much more blatantly ripped off.
No offense to be taken, I've never even listened to TMA lmao. I've been unwillingly subjected to knowledge of it by tumblr mutuals. I just thought "ceaseless watcher" was a fairly direct reference and didn't remember if FR gave a shit about that sort of thing very much
I think that where the issue would be is if 'ceaseless watcher' and the TMA podcast are copyrighted materials. I know absolutely nothing about them, so have no clue what they actually are or if they are protected IPs.
It also would be an issue if the skin were traced or actually using the material from the podcast.
