AA did bring in new blood in December 2021, but barely anyone that join managed to get any of their ideas through and was mostly asked to help keep the already set events going instead of adding new things. AA seemed interested in having new things and wanted to do a more active Dom but apparently couldn't get it going.
When it comes to the banksheet, they honestly thought that all flights had the sheet hidden. But after asking other flights they decided they would be more "transparent" but instead of just making the sheet open to the public right away they took quite a long time to make it _partially_ open to anyone.
When it comes to the discord toxicity: Yeah there's been a lot of issues with the first fire server. There was a reason someone actually started a NEW and ONLY FIRE discord server.
