have there been any efforts to bring new blood to the dom team or is it hard to become a lead/too cliquey/something? sounds like it's ripe for new people, like lightning went through last year
Hmm, maybe? It seems they know people are upset, but there are no new Ashfall Alliance members I think. At least I hope that literally all of our dom heavy people leaving at once (and some likely to not come back) will be a bit of a wake up call.

Not OP but:
SvF was in no way planned beforehand. Shadow had that particular week announced months beforehand, and then a while before their actual push Fire showed up as a conquest during that week as well.
When approached by the matter, Fire said that they "do this push every year" yet they haven't done a conquest since — and when Earth conquested for the first week of NOTN Fire backed down and did a profit instead.
Back to SvF, Fire also told Shadow they were not even supposed to know about their push, refused to coordinate with their orgs (theme wise and whatnot) if you look at their threads you will see entirely different aesthetics.
Earlier this year there was a ruckus over Mother's Day push. Shadow has without fail done a conquest for mother's day and then... Fire showed up in domwatch again with a conquest planned for the same date.

Good lord. I love that they're too stupid to get that a GDPR request requires the site to dispose of all data, including the ID used for verification. This is just proving who you are and where you're from to get it wiped out.

FR doesn't really ban for things that take place off site. Most of the evidence against Nearku is screenshots from discord servers, which FR staff truly have no way of 100% confirming that Nearku said those things. It's a pretty good policy to stand behind imo, even if it means that there are a handful of shitters that keep slipping through. Although personally I think nearku should have been banned for those hehe haha i exalted this gen 1 imp jk not really haha are you mad?, shenanigans.
