see birds or something would be cool bc diff species are diff enough that it's still a surprise. like are we getting a parrot or penguin or eagle this month? who knows. the slinks are cute and I don't hate them or anything but I'm like, ok, we're getting weasels for the next year and I can guess how they'll all look. the surprise factor of the zodiac and spirit familiars was one reason I enjoyed them more.

Oh they were boring as HECK. And I've gotten one each of the recolors as they came out, because I gotta stay on top of familiar collection, but I forget about them immediately after. No idea how many there have been, which element they're a recolor of, anything. They just slide out of my brain.

Different kinds of mustelids could be pretty cool too! Imagine an otter for Water, big stocky wolverine for Earth, scrappy honey badger for Plague... mustelids are a surprisingly diverse family, lots of possibilities there.
i mean... wouldn't that theoretically fit a user who joined in the early days of the site after being a kickstarter backer? maybe someone who basically doesn't play anymore/whose account looks abandoned because it *is* functionally abandoned?

at least for thundercrack, with lightning being so far from my personal aesthetic, i didn't have high hopes for anything I'd truly be excited about regardless. even so... how dare mythicalviper make TWO great entries so that the one i was especially in love with didn't make the cut!!
("thunderwings" by drudenkreuz was also just super neat and would have provided some much-needed stylistic diversity to the winners' circle; not saying but i'm just saying.)

Why does this upset you so much? Do you think they’re playing the game sub-optimaly or that they’re driving the price down?
Because people are allowed to play video games as casually/sub-optimaly as they want. And even if they were severely underpricing, buyers would be snapping their listings up, thereby correcting the price. Low prices stay on the AH because of low demand.

Flight rising is a public website... it's kind of anyone's business. G1 imps are especially easy to search for since they're so rare. People like to know when and if someone is willing to sell/breed/stud them.

ive also wondered this. i always assume its private servers or bespoke friend groups where someone eventually either snitches or makes something up due to internal drama. ive never actually seen proof of these things, except for the one or two cases where someone was blisteringly obvious about buying an account (and got quickly banned).
