yeah, I saw the examples and was like OOH YEAH! I love 'splash of color' on black, or colored lines on black.

Then I scried some of my lair.. I don't like the primary that much (too much color) and many of the secondaries don't work with the colors I have (it comes off muted, so no splash of color :P)

*hangs head* will try some later, but, just am sad now, I wanted to like them.

Agreed. It's a done-to-death meme and they weren't funny even at the start. Mather + fire is still synonymous though. :p

i think that the black is too flat and dark, it looks like the genes violate skin's rules of 'lineart must be visible'. it's making me realize why that rule is in place which is a shame for such a great idea :/

I love them. For ONCE, there's a gene that has neat patterns without adding unnecessary colors.

I LOVE Lapis, Peridot, and Caribbean, but I REALLY dislike the pinks/yellows that most genes add to them. This one is dark and and has the main colour as the accent, and I adore it.

they can look quite good with Stained, and it does give a nice chance to disguise or adapt a less than stellar primary or secondary colour. But they're rather flat for gem genes.

Just most of the ones I saw the secondary just was 'lackluster' and it is the secondary I loved the most. The primary has a bit too much color to it for me (I am not fond of the blocks of color)

It was 800k levels I think, not dragons. But with quick napkin math assuming average level 6 that's still well over 100k dragons between their raffles.

I literally don't get it. FR says that they're absolutely not okay with any blood or gore and go to the point of pointing out literal three pixels around an arrow when refusing an accent, but this still gets through?

I feel like there have been other blood-maw skins that've been rejected too, or am I just losing my mind?

Nothing against the skin maker here, just confused about how this managed to get through after all the chaos that has happened with other skins.
