i've got 1kg pure to spend + anything I happen to have in my hoard already that I can spare to send (plus art if that's something their wl allows)

I don't participate, but I wonder if 'offering art'/'wants art' is a factor in matching. I'd think it would be.

OP of the rip off comment. I grabbed some screens of their program in the Sales forum for Arcane, and well... yeah.

https://i.imgur.com/UW1KZnN.png - Observe the prices at the 1:850 Gem ratio. (475kt is legit 560G so that's ridiculous). Plus they sell you any kind of dragon, not one that's necessarily useful in a venue.

Just saying if you're in Arcane and want a Level 25, there's Train 4 Arcane which sells the whole dragon + stones and stated to what you need with the right elements for 100kt.

... Ok, are they including any stones at all? If no? I could go buy a level 25 on the AH for 200 gems right now. That is a massive rip off.

They have stones, but stating is optional, but the problem is again, that they're charging 475kt minimum for a dragon that may be essentially worthless in the Mire or Ghostlight for training, and not telling the newbie that.

If it includes all the essential stones(2 ambushes(about 20 each), 3 berserkers(about 25 each, and elim (190 at the moment)) it's a mediocre price but not a scam.

I actually see why they don't stat them. There are folks that prefer to stat their own. However, if they're targeting newbies, it's kind of odd. If it weren't being aimed as a deal for in flight newbies it wouldn't even be a big deal... just kind of meh.

And I'm sure the other option takes gets all the business.

(Also, in most venues, even a poor element match can work just fine. It's just going to have a lot more resets.)

Seriously, there's a reason I stick to secret santas in small communities I'm in. If it's in your friend group, you're less likely to get that guy that half asses your gift and barely meets the minimum if they even meet it and gets you shit you didn't ask for because they'll never talk to you again.

I hate Dr cause of how.. unmoderated and off the rails and just plain vile everything gets, and I hate smr cause of just how.. immature? (not sure of a more fitting word for this but I'll go with immature for now) it is. I like the vibes here a lot more (even if I don't actually post here skjfjfjs), even when it's a bit quiet at times

ayrt - I didn't mean it as a bait! I'm more salty that it's not actual "ship drama", nor, tbh, has anything to do with FR even if you do consider it drama. Regardless of my stance, my biggest gripe is that dramarising mods are so fucking biased: they allow through those posts that literally have nothing to do with FR (and even entire posts that are replies to them and replies to replies) but dare to send a post with a screenshot where the usernames aren't removed from existence by five layers of colors lest someone identify a scammer? Nope, not going through.

I had a look on DR and I can safely say that no, that particular drama is not allowed here and I think me and mindless are very clear about our opinion on the subject of the matter.

for some reason, my brain mashed this up with another quote... "your mother was a cumstain and your father smelt of ableism."

This isn't drama but I literally don't know where else to ask this. There used to be (hopefully still is) an artist in the Art Sales forum that did signatures that were like, exquisitely detailed and beautiful eye pictures. Just the eyes (and that section of the head) and INSANE quality and detail.

I can't find it for the life of me; does anyone know who the artist is/was and if they're still doing them?
