I agree. Just let people be weird sometimes. I know I was super weird on the Neopets forums back in 2003 where my teenage spirit was set free and I awkwardly attempted Neopet RP. Good times! The worst this person is actually doing is RPing in the wrong forums.

idk where Plaguemaw comes off calling this "a bit fetish-y". Literally all the OP has said is that they want a dragon in FR to properly represent their OC or whatever. I've seen plenty of thinly-veiled fetish-baiting both on FR and in other places and this isn't it.
My first impression is that this is just a kid having some fun being a dragon online. There's no need to speculate about mental illnesses either, they're not hurting anyone atm, just having a good time.
this is why I hate anti-otherkin people, at best/worst you're making fun of a kid or someone who's mentally ill, neither is ok (and even if they were a neurotypical adult, they're still hurting no one, so it's ok)

Honestly, I think the assholes throwing tantrums and calling the thread things like cringe or a fetish should have been punished. Until they started, the thread was fine.
the thread from a bit ago where someone wrote an entire post about hoe they wanted a veilspun female to hypnotize and control an army of dragons and be a hypnosis qurrn DID come across as fetish-y imo. however... i genuinely cannot understand how "roleplaying as an angry dragon" can come across as fetishy to this person. i aldo think its completely inappropriate to accuse them of that stuff onsite.
