Nah. I'm good on not being attacked for daring to disagree.
Personally, while, yes, the eye system could be improved, I feel they want too much control over giving natural eye types.
I personally think they should just put eye scatter back in, give it all natural eye types and price it at the scatterscroll price and let these people throw away their gems for their perfect dragon.
I barely bother with Suggestions anymore so I don't know what the climate is there of late in that regard, but from what I recall the general request was 'literally anything but the existing RNG+Galore system'. For whatever it's worth, I agree.
Make scatters an exorbitant but set price? Sure.
New, cheaper scatter that can only do tints? Sure.
Way to transfer eye types between dragons? Sure.
'Magic pool' type of deal you can only use on one dragon once a day? Sure.
But (at least IMO), with the exception of Imp scrolls, which are retired for an understandable reason, dragon modification items should not be finite things that will only ever be able to climb in price for the remainder of the site's existence and/or until they're extinct.
Of course there's the problem of unfairness to those who believed the staff's word, so they bought and hoarded a ton of them. Best solution I can think of is to throw them on the gem MP for higher than running LAH (it's <900 at the moment, but I don't know what the fluctuations there have been), for the sake of argument 1000g. That way, anyone who has them now will be able to ditch their remaining supply for at least a small profit, but it gives the things a ceiling.
