pet peeve: people who make buying threads for 100t (or greater) below the going gem rate.

fuck you trying to take advantage of people, at least give a semi-decent rate.

I've seen a good number of people recently trying to do 1:1000 for gem buying. Few years too late for that ratio

It's just always fun to see 20+ pages of them bumping to try and get gems for that ratio lmao.

Just bite the bullet and offer closer to the current ratio, I got quite a few CRs when I just offered the 1250 buying ratio, hell I've seen the 1200 ratios go quick as well.

Conversely, it's always heartbreaking to see the few newer players who throw away their small amounts of gems for a rate that out of date. It's almost always small amounts like 50-250g, but it's just. Depressing to see.

I once saw a newbie sell their 2kg at 1:1000 ratio and they'd sold by the time I'd typed up the current ratio for them.

It's a shame.
