Ok. I just spent about 20 mins researching Rainbow Factory and Pegasus Device and that is some weird shit.

BasicSwamp contacted me through PMs (on FR) asking to buy one of my pets (on DV) despite the fact my sales thread made no mention of me selling any pets... then tried to give me the offer for a fodder pet. It's a low ID pet which is apparently a thing that's important on DV as well. Lolno.

I know that FR is not the only game they spend a lot of money on, so their wealth doesn’t look weird to me. They deny the thing about being banned before as well, so if it’s just having a lot of pixel money, then no.

I’ve heard they once threw a hissy fit over someone refusing to accept their commission and started accusing other people of backbiting them but I only heard about it through the grapevine.

Yes, it is good to be wary of the use of norse (or slavic) mythology and symbols.
It's a matter of fact these symbols, from runes, to the Kolovrat, to the Hammer of Thor, to whatever more, are being appropriated by the fash, and we need to fight against that. But we can't do that with "can we stop associating them??" and just completely blend it out. Stop denying they aren't literally appropriating and ripping apart old myths and history to fuel their supremacist bullshit.

I see people offering their cauldron for rent. I assume people do this for exp. Are people expecting tips for this? I feel like I'm doing a favor so if they really want something in exchange I would rather just use my own cauldron

Can't really blame them. The FR community is notorious for ganging up on people and not being able to read.

It's always polite to tip everyone you use for a service but unless they explicitly state otherwise, it's probably fine that you don't tip.

Personally (since I'm max level) if I offer to do stuff for people with my cauldron, I just expect them to cover the cost of whatever they want me to make + the materials for it if I'm making genes/apparel/etc but otherwise I don't expect anything else from them, I'm just happy to help.

Exalting a dragon for fun is all well and good. Until you make your friend the one who exalted someone else's g1 imp while "on restore cooldown" and only revealing the entire thing was a joke and the cooldown faked until after the fact on Discord when the thread gets removed because of people harassing them. I'm sure a lot of people still think lemecrazy is some sort of horrible villain because they never found out it was faked.

It stops being fun when you fuck over your "friend's" reputation and paint a target on their back. I don't know how old they are and can't find that info anywhere, but it's a dick move for someone of any age.

Well, you're definitely not the one doing a favor as they're actively losing the profit they could make off selling their brews. People do this either out of sheer kindness, or because they're unwilling to fiddle with the AH, or because they're ignorant, in which case you're effectively scamming them.
