This isn't an ad I swear I'm just hyperfixated as hell. IDK if anyone else feels this way but I'd thought the horror game scheme on Steam had become super stale, I'm just not really interested in any of it, even viral ones like lethal company. But then my friends got me into abiotic factor and now I'm just obsessed. I don't even play horror a lot because I'm a scaredy cat but despite being on edge every time I play it I keep going back lol

Somehow these guys found a way to mix half life, SCP Containment Breach and survival crafting together into a genuinely awesome experience. Yea as any game it's not perfect, I can see plenty of reasons why someone else might not like it, but for an indie game it's so stupid impressive and just so fun. Early access on steam is another thing I personally find a red flag but the game had so much content straight out the gate and now it has a shitton more cuz of a huge update. I have like, art commissions to do and I still need to get all the warrior's way stuff but I'm just playing it for hours instead
