Probably is a RMT or botter network trying to mess with those players then. Rosewing and Menace I think were serial multis so it's not impossible that this is their extended account network.
I feel like I remember Luckilytime or another one of their accounts mass buying dragons from a third user who was causing mild trouble at one point. I could be thinking of someone else though.
