so i took a look at the winners this festival... new winners: ArcticTale, fuddlestars, lilacfeathers, MoonzzZ, Nuclearloop, Onalew 2 or less wins: glitchcow, Owleics
some of these people hadn't created a single skin before this month. over half the winners and honorable mentions are 'new' artists and many of them participated exclusively because of the skin challenge thread. if mv and bm gave up their slots, there's still hundreds of people who wouldn't have won. it sounds like some of you will just never be happy, huh?
