I'd wait a week. See if they realize they done fucked up. If after a week, they haven't asked for their dragons, or unblocked you?

(Though I'd go to their profile and get a screencap showing they blocked you, so if they/someone get up in arms about you selling/keeping/exalting their dragons, you can show them proof they blocked you.)
