Yea, a lot of cliquey bullies like to assemble there together, thinking they can practice their toxic behavior in peace. Not that everyone is like that in that server as it is huge, and from what I've heard it's improved in recent years, but it was or still is a small group of toxic people who've hogged a lot of air time there over the years...
