The timeline comes from an email Weevil received and shared in the group chat he made for the whole thing.
A few people that are friends with the people involved got mad at someone uninvolved for saying the rules against block evading were there for a reason which was funny. It's not directly implying guilt or anything, but it sure looks suspicious!
