I found the post on the ca support thread. The repeated pattern of the leaves was why it was sent to the higher ups if I'm reading what Quiche said right. They were checking if it was fine or not for brushes with repeated patterns since there's a rule against repeating patterns(why that would need to be clarified if they already have a rule against repeated patterns in general idk). Whether a brush was used for the ca or not it was probably the best example they had at the time to clarify. I remember it being talked about in lorwolves ca channel but I went to find it again and the artists messages were gone so I've only got everyone else's messages and not the artists to reread. I'm not saying the used a brush or not, but I remember the CA in question and I can see why the staff may have thought it was a brush. It wouldn't have been the first time I've questioned if someone used a brush or not (most of the time it's they drew it once and then copy pasted which has the unfortunate side affect of looking like a brush, which the artist said they made 1 layer and copy and pasted it)
