SA (I think this means I'm replying to myself?) Found the thing, Quiche was getting clarification on if they allow brushes with repeating patterns because there's a rule about repeating patterns. So even if the person didn't use a brush it may have also been because of the repeated pattern of the leads (I believe the artist said they drew one layer and then duplicated it to get the affect? So it may have been the repeating pattern and the opportunity to ask about brushes to the higher ups was used. Idk)
