Typical FR User overhyping aside, is it not common knowledge at this point no flight is getting a third breed until everyone has at least two? People are always going Oh this is a sign of a wind ancient, or a light ancient or whatever, and like.. lightning, nature, and arcane are right there. The BOTE theory seems debunked by this point but you can still safely assume any new breed is gonna be one of those three (or no-flight I guess).
