obviously flights can organize whatever pushes they want but that doesn't mean it isnt a dick move. the ChAoS dOm argument is fine and all and nobodys stopping you from pushing whenever you want, but considering the massive costs needed for a capital-b Battle, its usually something both flights will hash out together.
