tbh i dont think anyone can top the abortion skin or the "hatchlings inside their rotting mother" skin, although its a new year new RoR so we can always brace ourselves for new and exciting horrors

IIRC it was a PC F accent where the pearl was made to look like a stillborn/aborted hatchling but this was a while back so i could be misremembering
