yeah its a little weird though because there were two 18+ channels, one for nsfw stuff, and the other for talking about like, doing taxes and things. it seems to me one of those definitely could have remained, adults complaining about taxes is pretty uh, well, its not really doing anything.
interestingly the 3 mods are leaving to earth and there STILL has been no official announcement about why channels beyond the nsfw were purged. The general discussions were purged, the art channel was purged, etc. Super sketchy behavior by the LFD mods.
Tbh i think it's a petulant "well eff you, too." Is it mature? God no. But am i gleefully thinking "serves you right, whoever ruined it for all of us?" Maybe. I was hanging out in the sfw 18+ channel 'cause guess what, I'm a cranky old guy shaking my cane at the young 'uns and just want to talk recipes and moan about jobs and stuff like that.
And now that's gone. But swearing, which is also against the TOS, is still allowed. Great. (At least i think it is, I was distracted this evening)
Man, messed up that right after I go 'huh, good on them' for clarifying their stance on the Queen's death they go and implode the server like this. Can't have shit in Sornieth.
