I really get frustrated with these types of posts because there are things that you can fairly critique staff for, but things get muddled when people lie or refuse to understand why they're wrong.

I think it's fair to say that staff doesn't respond to support requests/ban appeals fast enough. Staff should probably hire people specifically to help with support requests.

However this user did the following:

1. Signed up with the incorrect name/DOB and ignored staff telling people to make sure this info was accurate since they were adding more security features.
2. Made a ticket and was unable to verify name/DOB and staff said sorry we can't help then.
3. "Mom" (aka their old alt account) logs in and gets banned. They also make a ticket.
4. Staff notices that "Mom"'s email has a name which matches OP's account and bans them both for multi-accounting.
5. Gets mad at staff because none of the above is clearly their fault whatsoever.

Also they threatened to report FR to the BBB which is hilarious.
