I'm cracking up over the fact that they've done it again: https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/skin/3165954/3#post_52141019
This one is definitely more similar to their FF entry than any of the others were. It doesn't even bother me that much because hey, they're all pretty, but I hadn't noticed the trend until this thread was made and now I can't unsee it lol
These skins would definitely be better suited as a UM series though imo
It's one thing if they keep doing similar things but it's like staff is picking an easy win and it's kinda shitty to see the same person winning every festival with a similar skin. It's an easy guaranteed win that pretty much locks them in and it's not really fair.
guaranteed win? you do realize there ARE other fpose ridgeback entries this fest? and that plenty of breeds/poses end up with winners at all.
while all this lowkey makes me wish once again that her nocturne entry had won instead for TCC (it was my personal fave), I'm never going to begrudge a talented artist passing up tons of profit by choosing to submit a fest entry rather than doing their own print. and if we do get an fpose ridge winner again, so far hers is unambiguously the best executed AND most unique relative to other entries and past years.
