the thing is there are so many FF events! there is fest/dom enthusiasm visible to me from inf people but it doesn't seem to affect week to week placings. Running more like PB in off weeks with like 8.5kt level 5s (and maybe gem payouts) would probably meshed with that enthusiasm get more actual 1s or 2nds.
even things like "here flight is the inf/oof raffle, help me sort it or spellcheck things or name packs w flight puns" can really motivate people.
asking for help can feel like "we're a dom team we should be able to do this ourselves" but that's a trap leading to dom leader burnout.
why the oof fire sprite/wc scroll/noc eggs/gem mp aviator set isn't the first 5 prizes is like baffling to me.
more prizes to be added during the week is not my favorite thing to see but that could be accommodating later donations/left over from battle coding.
The art prizes are stellar/super motivating to me! (however the payouts are not motivating so fire will get one (1) daily dragon for the badge and I'll gander at foddart/artist shops).
