Hi. I'm not the same Anon that was taking suggestions on here before, but I've yet to see any blogs show up since then. So I've created one:

This is an uncensored drama submission blog for FR. All posts will be published without commentary. Unless they contain x-phobic/racist statements, doxxing, or address the blog owner directly. (Such as "why is my submission not posted yet".) Those will obviously be deleted/reported if need be.

I say this in the nicest way Anon - I kind of hope your blog flops. I've seen a good chunk of Petsite Drama and the ones that don't censor usernames are ALWAYS fucking horrid and go way beyond salt to just petty personal insults. Your average Tumblr user is NOT gonna be able to play nice and the blog format doesn't really allow for actual conversation like ARR does.

i am concerned this is just going to be used for bullying, esp if proof is only required for serious accusations. anyone can submit something like "wow username is an annoying bitch" with no proof (multiple asks, even) and since it's not a serious accusation nothing can be done. I don't think salt that serves no purpose (eg warning about scammers) is a very... kind or healthy thing to facilitate, and is correctly identified by FR themselves as harassment.

(lack of proof is of course an issue with many SMR posts as well, they claim they require proof but then will post proofless asks and then comment that proof is needed.)

So far that's exactly what's happening. As of this writing, half of the posts aren't even directly related to FR, they're just making snide comments about the regulars on the other salt sites.

It’s already turned into a bunch of people submitting petty shit about how they don’t like other people, instead of posting salt about things that are happening about anything flight rising related. All this blog will do is enable people to bully others with no repercussions because it’s fostering an environment where anything goes.

I'm actually wondering if it violates Tumblr rules on cyber bullying.

I'm looking at the submissions so far. Yea. It's just bullying and shit talking. " Is annoying", accusations of someone whiteknighting with no proof, and two posts about one player in a row that could have been written by the same person. In a place where you have to be signed in to respond.

This is not the blog I needed or wanted. I will not be using it.

I want something that doesn't post names but also doesn't delete true shit because it's related to their friends or someone whined. You shouldn't get to whine and have your wrongdoings deleted when there's proof. There's something between Drama Rising posting everything, even if it's minimally relevant and truly awful(including shit that will obviously go into attacking people for their fandoms and refusing to trigger warning discussion mentioning pedos until multiple people jumped on them) and SMR's blatant favoritism.

coming here from the post/your response on SMR just to say thank you. I agree that I don't personally see eye to eye with this blog either, and as such tend to avoid it most of the time unless something specific pops up, but it's good to know that there's at least decent people at the helm of this site who, whatever their differing views from what some of us that frequent SMR have, don't stand for this type of just targeted, baseless harassment. you keep being you over here, and we'll keep being us over there but respect is deserved for the mutual agreement that some things are just going too far o7

ARR is definitely a different breed than SMR, but we have rules for a reason. Salt, being petty, that's fine.

But baseless harassment posted in the main tag? That's like sounding the horn to release the dogs.

I felt awful seeing that someone already responded to the posts saying that they'd received death threats.

That's not drama, that's abuse, and I ain't having it- and I'm glad we agree on that front.

I honestly debated screening the comment with the blog's link to avoid it getting any more attention, but I feel like it should stay up so folks know what to avoid. It's a hard catch-22 tbh.

I wish I was approached with all of these concerns directly instead of having to dig across multiple sites. I was unaware of any death threats. Although it's obvious to me now that would be an outcome (and I don't condone it). Feel free to insult me for my stupidity. After reviewing all of the feedback I've decided to delete the blog. I've saved the name so no one else can use it. And no I don't expect any ass pats for it.

I kind of agree that this is a weird thing to say. People did speak about these concerns with you, just not on your blog, but as a response to your ARR post, which I consider to be direct enough.

Also, you could have realized that people would've been disgruntled about accusations without proof if you did a bit of research into why, exactly, people would be looking for a new drama blog in the first place. The commentary stuff is a part of it, but that's not the whole issue, at least from what I've seen.

And invading the FR tag with your bullshit should have been a no-brainer to NOT do. You already posted the blog to ARR, isn't that advertising enough? That's as invasive as what SMR did and spam-followed FR blogs to get attention.

Excuse me? You are acting like others are at fault for not contacting you directly when you created a blog that was posting direct attacks and harassment on the Flight Rising tag? When you are posting that, what are the odds that talking to you wouldn't bring more attention on and get the poor person further death threats or worse? People were likely too afraid to contact you directly.

People receive death/suicide threats from SMR too, as people have said as much to the mods/complained on the blog about. Remember kids, don't engage in dumb internet drama on your main accounts.

Yes, but they're receiving it generally because they posted and people dislike them.

That's a little different from a third party posting hate about them on a blog.
