I love how they refute someone with sources with "actually western research and science is only correct 40% of the time" but proceeds not to link any sort of source that proves this.

Natron really speaks like a privileged person who has never had to live in a home with roaches/bugs/etc. Yes, it's not the bug's fault that they exist and they're just being bugs. However it can be fucking traumatizing to constantly deal with bugs in your home and be completely unable to do anything or move.

They're also a MAJOR cause of allergic reactions in people.
I'm so allergic to the average German cockroach that I don't even have to SEE them to know they're there- I literally can't breathe from the coughing, wheezing and rapid fire sneezing, and I break out in hives. They shed dander and dust and other disgusting detritus, as well as leaving their feces, shed body parts, egg casings and even dried saliva that I am horribly allergic to.
So fuck Natron and her holier-than-thou-art bs. I doubt she knows the fear of being in close quarters with bugs that are already nasty af, but also cause serious damage to one's health.

i think i just saw what you meant, anon. i left my dailies to the literal last minutes and my % bar was at 82%, but when i logged in again a few hours later, it was at 98%. i don't know if something changed but i really appreciate whatever the site is doing with that

Because said account was made just for this post, I have no idea who it is but they sound like a pissant who got caught. The "mom" in this story is really flat and has the detachment of a person who was made up instead of an actual person who was involved.

im still so tickled by this post. even if they werent multi-ing, what do you expect staff to do if you get basic security questions like birthday and name wrong? it's good to hear that staff are adhering to basic account security concepts like "dont give account access to people who cant answer basic questions about the account"
and then they threaten to sue/report them to the BBB over account access? i've worked on an IT help desk long enough to know that scammers love to make big threats, and that i shouldnt give them the time of day.

Honestly, yea. I kind of wonder if it's the idiot with the unlikely timeline from Facebook trying to start a fuss using an unconnected new reddit account.

I really get frustrated with these types of posts because there are things that you can fairly critique staff for, but things get muddled when people lie or refuse to understand why they're wrong.
I think it's fair to say that staff doesn't respond to support requests/ban appeals fast enough. Staff should probably hire people specifically to help with support requests.
However this user did the following:
1. Signed up with the incorrect name/DOB and ignored staff telling people to make sure this info was accurate since they were adding more security features.
2. Made a ticket and was unable to verify name/DOB and staff said sorry we can't help then.
3. "Mom" (aka their old alt account) logs in and gets banned. They also make a ticket.
4. Staff notices that "Mom"'s email has a name which matches OP's account and bans them both for multi-accounting.
5. Gets mad at staff because none of the above is clearly their fault whatsoever.
Also they threatened to report FR to the BBB which is hilarious.
