NAYRT I think part of the issue with front page dragon posts is that it creates a notification. Which means they have to check, and for people with anxiety, or who might be waiting for something else that will create a notification, causes issues.
I know there have been times when something has been going on, and when the phone would ring I would feel my stomach jump, even if I KNEW that it had nothing to do with what was going on, but my brain still said 'oh no, something happened'.
It can be the same for random notifications. You (general you) KNOW that it is something innocuous, but your brain still gives you that little jolt.
