Honestly? Not at all. It's a lot of steps and I was overwhelmed at first (baby's first jailbreak), but once I took the time to read the steps carefully, it was as easy as cooking. Even managed to reformat my 64gb SD card so that it'd work in the 3DS as they don't work without some formatting.
