'After reviewing the nature of your appeal, we are making the decision to re-open your account, without prejudice' is the what they responded with (along with an apology for taking so long, apparently they're getting 200+ account recovery messages a week atm)

Doesn't sound like a temp ban or a 'final warning' to me. I can understand why it feels squicky, but 'I'll front you the money to make a small profit so that I can make a big one' isn't bad faith trading. Maybe they could have been clearer that they would benefit more, but it's not like the people participating didn't benefit.
