There’s not even that much effort needed - you can Google your country/state ID, get pictures of IDs, and block out everything but the DOB. If all they’re really looking at is the DOB, then I doubt these discord mods are checking every ID they get to see if it’s just a edited one found online. The only real bit of effort is making sure you find one with a feasible birth year, and thats a minimal level of effort. To say nothing of the fact things can be photoshopped.
If a method is that easily circumvented while still carrying a not insignificant level of risk for those that do submit their actual IDs, is it actually worth it to implement over less invasive options?
