Hi anon! My dad is terminally ill with cancer (radiation in his neck shrank down the tumor but it still remained, surgery to remove the initial cancer tumor didn't work and chemo no longer effective...this is it for him) but today we got some pretty neat news! My dad is in immense pain but most of his pain comes from a tumor that developed in his spine. Today we found out that to massively improve his QOL for the rest of his days that they can do radiation on that spot to shrink it down hopefully so he wont be in nearly as much pain anymore. It's a scrap of happiness but I don't care, I am clinging onto it lol
