Artist who refused to refund my commission from November and blocked me when I started asking for my comm/gems back. Gonna show my username in screenshots/links, sorry!

Ordered comm on Nov 03, 2020. https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/art/2927748 (having trouble archiving today, sorry!) Crossroads accepted on November 12, 2020 (see imgur album, image 2). After a month I sent the artist a PM asking about the comm status (image 3). The artist responded in the beginning of January saying they hadn't got my message (image 4). We had a pleasant back-and-forth and they said it would be finished in a day or two. After that I had no further responses or communication with them. I sent PMs on Feb 2, 5, and 26 (images 8, 9, & 10).
They have continued to make art threads throughout the whole issue. Current thread here (https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/art/2979655), previous NOTN thread here (https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/art/2949056/1), others have popped up but have been deleted before I was able to screencap them. Screenshots provided in album as wayback machine wasn't working for me.
Just wanted to warn people of getting art from them. I'm happy to provide any other info I can.
