is flipping specialty items between currencies on the AH (i.e., buying scrolls from treasure MP at discount prices to sell for gems, using those gems to buy scrolls from gem MP to sell for more treasure, repeat ad nauseam) still profitable? used to do a ton of it back in the day, but it's been long enough since then that I have no clue if that's still a thing or if ratios have shifted too much for it to still work lol
