Asked someone about a dragon a few months ago, and they recently got back to me and agreed to give it to me. However, the dragon was sent to me from a different account than the one I messaged/saw the dragon in (dragon was still in the first account's hibden after they responded to me). This second account has no comments, has a similar bio to the first account, and is friends with the first account and another, third account which is extremely similar (one comment, similar bio, friends with first two). The second and third accounts were created about a month apart from each other, and roughly three years after the first. The first account responded almost immediately after I thanked the second account and spoke oddly about the second account; didn't refer to the second account as a friend or helper, just as a "different account" which to me was a red flag. Got multi-ring vibes and it's making me very nervous since I was gifted the dragon instead of purchasing it (could look sus to mods). While this is the only interaction I've ever had with these accounts, I'm still afraid of being falsely implicated in a multi-ring and possibly banned for it.

Am I worrying about nothing? What should I do?
