I'm 95% sure it won't be OK as FR is technically available to everyone from 12 years old and sharing private info is not OK - so making a non-official, that is, not organized by FR itself, meet-up would straight up mean that a random person might be inviting minors to go somewhere (even though the event itself is 18+) and site likely won't be down with the bad possibilities.
