I suddenly remembered years ago, perhaps 6-7, I chose to leave Flight Rising and liquidated all I owned to trade for art commissions. They weren't cheap. All the artists but one (I don't remember what their username was) finished the art they owned me.
The one that didn't finish was meant to do a pet portrait of my mother's horse that recently died. I paid around $100 worth of Treasure and Gems for that art, and I even told my mum that I was commissioning it for her...
You probably don't even come here, or even play Flight Rising now, but I occasionally remember how I spent a long time waiting for art that never happened, and it hurt.
