You can have a dom team that is great at communication and is still shit behind the scenes. You can also have a dom team that seems to be resistant to change, but just knows the result already of said change and how it won't work for their flight. The point I was trying to make is that it's completely subjective. You are going to find people in each flight who absolutely hate how their dom team handles everything. If we were to make a list of flights to avoid based on someone hating everything about the way their flight handles dom, you'd still have to put every flight on the list.
I get what you are saying. It is nice to know not to switch to a flight where the team is completely unreliable. I just think it's going to be difficult to narrow down which flights are wholly deserving of the "avoid" label.

From the outside it looks like Kywren *is* the lightning dom team. I have no idea what's going on in the flight or behind the scenes so take it with a grain of salt, but Kywren was at bare minimum the thread runner for the OOFR, Foddart, RNG adopts and the Scavenger Hunt. The OOFR is still drawing prizes too. Kywren you're a rock star, just make sure you're not pushing yourself too hard ok?
Honestly, as the anon who has issues with lightning, I do not presently have issues with how I see the flight being run and don't really see it as avoid this flight.
My beef is that Rowan is still involved and is an asshole, thus my outflight support goes anywhere but lightning.

Stumbled upon their lair by accident while clicking on featured dragons - they have me blocked but I genuinely don't know who the hell this is. Apparently, according a friend who isn't blocked, their bio reads "PNIB? DNI. I don't give narcissists attention." and I have no fucking clue what PNIB means.
My guess is "pronouns in bio"? Is this person madge enough to randomly block people who... have pronouns?

cold-calling scammers are the worst. it's dragon game, play nice. you don't have to be mean to Anna who joined FR in high school & is popping back in now because she just remembered the website exists after 7 years of being away. coming back, making a deal with someone who seems nice in PMs, and then finding out you've been scammed out of an incredibly special dragon is just the kind of thing that would make someone quit the website.
i made up Anna & that scenario, of course, but it's based on real FR player behavior :P

I am very very rarely on any social media/fandom sites that aren’t directly FR related, so could someone please fill me in on what proshipping/proship is and why it’s an issue? I’d ask on SMR but it seems to be banned, and Google is directing me towards shipping companies which I assume is not what people are mad about.
