Nah, this is a shit take. Random accusations get thrown around all the time here (I guess the anonymity makes you paranoid) and it's always hilarious when they miss. I've been called a man despite being a trans woman, and then subsequently accused of transmisogyny when I said I'm not a goddamn man.

It's very easy to accuse people like that ("oh I hate men so you must be one" "OP was complaining about someone so you must be that person") and it makes things less mentally straining for you, but the end result is people walking on eggshells whenever they comment because they'll get their identity assumed if they're even slightly invested in a particular drama.
