Re: numbers with "big" exalt players

I was wondering if the 1000+ exalts meant 1000+ *levels*, so each dragon would count as 7? (or 10).

Still quite a few exalts though. (at level 7 that would be about 142+ dragons a week. at level 10 would be 100)
