im still so tickled by this post. even if they werent multi-ing, what do you expect staff to do if you get basic security questions like birthday and name wrong? it's good to hear that staff are adhering to basic account security concepts like "dont give account access to people who cant answer basic questions about the account"

and then they threaten to sue/report them to the BBB over account access? i've worked on an IT help desk long enough to know that scammers love to make big threats, and that i shouldnt give them the time of day.
