"Personally I didn't leave because the leads didn't trust our ability to rank on the leader boards, I left because they'd say they don't know what the community wants (I already suggested more events or higher incentive prizes). They don't really listen is what I'm saying
It's not even just the dom leads not trusting the flight to rank, it's the bigger exalters not being able to trust the leads to do anything
It's like why would I stay in a flight that does practically nothing? There's no reason I should be exalting hundreds of fodder a day for literally no reason other than I just enjoy it. Where is my nourishment my enrichment my fun enjoyable activity"
