Here is the catch: the moment a user starts lying about why they got banned in a way that can hurt business, suddenly, they have a lot more wiggle room to talk.

Microsoft used to have a forum where they outright posted stuff like "you were banned because your avatar is hacked to be bright blue" and "your son was banned for exposing himself while playing uno". It was a comedy goldmine.
